As per my suggestions, continue your counselling until it lasts. You will get better options like VIPS, Trinity, etc. as the counselling for IP university lasts till third round and after that, there is also a provision for internal sliding and open house counselling.

With 2623 rank, you might not get a good college in 1st counselling, however you may get admission into good colleges in second shift, if you wait for second counselling.
