Yes, you can do MBA after any undergraduate degree. You just have to clear CAT.

If you are doing UG in BJMC in the 3rd year, you will get placements offers. If you think to go for a job, you should go on and side by side do your PG or MA. It may be for 1-2 years depending on the institute.

Hi Aditya, IIMT Group of Colleges, Greater Noida is a very good option for Bachelor in journalism and Mass Communication. You can go for this college. Yes, they do provide placements in this course.

Hi Garima, it does seem important, because BJMC sometimes is not able to impress the employers or even not able to make you capable of competing the Media Domain rise. There are numerous jobs and profiles, but you shall need a Master's Degree to put an impressive and strong claim on a good job. I shall suggest that you must do a Master Degree to give proper shape to your specialization of Mass Communication.
