Yes, absolutely. BJMC is as same as Bachelors in journalism (Honors) offered by DU. It's just that the notation of the courses might be different with the range of topics slightly varying from each other, but the course will lead you to the same hallway of opportunities in the field of journalism, media and mass communication.

According to me, you may consider BJMC programme and give your next 3 years of graduation to learn music from your respected guru or established institute and then think whether you want to pursue music as a career or journalism.

Apart from that, BMM stands for Bachelor of Media Management which is also a Bachelor's degree in Media sector.
BJMC is the modern one which has all the subjects of journalism, mass media, and communication.
Other all are same and called differently in different colleges.

BA (Hons.) journalism & mass communication: You have to pass the Senior School Certificate Examination (Class 12th) from the Central Board of Secondary Education or equivalent.
For admission in BA (Hons.) journalism & mass communication course: you have to pass an entrance examination organized by Delhi University.
