The process of admission of every college is different so you can contact the college you are interested in to know their admission process.

VIPS and JIMS are better I guess.

Bachelor of journalism and mass communication is a good option if you wish to get into journalism, event management, photography or such fields. Also, it is easy to get job into the fields mentioned above if you have the required potential.

Getting good college with this percentage is a bit difficult. However, you may try to see if in second counselling you get admission in colleges like Trinity, Lalita Devi or Madhubala.
