BJMC and BMC, both is considered as the field of mass communication, some college provide it as BMC Bachelor of mass communication and some college provide it as BJMC Bachelor of journalism and mass communication. There is no difference between BMC and BJ.MC. In both the courses you have to study about journalism and mass communication, in both this courses you have study about editing, reporting, print media, electronic media.

45% is less for pursuing professional course, however check through some university websites for the same. All the best.
