Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communications (B. J. M. C) is a 3-year duration undergraduate programme for students who wish to pursue their career in Journalism and media industry. The eligibility of this course is 10+2 or equivalent with 50% marks from a recognised university or board. Average fees for this course will be incurred from INR 50,000 to 1, 00,000 depending on various BJMC Colleges.
10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks conducted by a recognised university or board. You need to clear entrance exam also and on the basis of marks obtained you can apply for the admission.

Hi Vivek,
Earlier, mass communication and journalism were separated, now they come under the same roof. Now, journalism is being considered as one of the fields in mass communication. Some colleges provide it as BMC and some as BJMC, there's no difference. In journalism, you need to communicate with mass with all your gathered news, case study, analysation. So, it's a unit of mass communication. Mass communication is not only with creativity, we need to study a lot with the concept we want to present. Like one of the examples is filmmaking which needs creativity plus knowledge, information and deep analyzation.
