The Question carries a complex comparison where the Two Streams are on a balance foot when compared.
BBA is a UG in Business Administration and takes one to Management Domain. Where as, a degree in Mass Comm- at the Graduation Level takes one to Media Understanding as well as exposure but also creates Job Prospects, a little bit higher than BBA. BBA done in a General way and without earning or doing Specialisation will not be fruitful unless one goes for an MBA.
On the Other hand, BJMC is a good foundation to get into Media and Mass Comm career.
The choice also depends on the Choice of Career.

Hi Om!
Both the courses are quite different in the sense that the BA Journalism is a specialised course in journalism only. Once you complete the course, you will be able to make your career in media as a reporter, correspondent, editor etc. in a media house; print as well as electronic. But a BJMC degree is more elaborate on its course curriculum. It covers all the medium of mass communication like radio, print, television, internet, advertising, public relations, event management and so on. It is a more detailed and comprehensive programme than BA Journalism. I would suggest you to go for mass communication (BJMC) as it will help you

Arwachin World Business School (AWBS, Hapur) is surely good for management courses, but when it comes to BJMC the college doesn't really have a good image. The subjects when I passed out was standard (same for many years) and so were the professors/ teachers. Few of them were good others were not so good and I would rate them average. However, I feel after so many years that is how it is in any school or college. few professors/ teachers are good not all.
There were few extra-curriculum activities in-house and inter-collegiate. Infrastructure was okay not so great. Only indoor gymkhana with basic facilities was available. Normally Male

Madhu Bala Institute of Communication and Electronics Media is any day better than APS University. Students who have studied at MBICEM get good placements in media industry. But MBICEM doesn't provide direct campus placements. Students are asked to do internship in print media or digital media after 1st year and in electronics media in 2nd year. Most of the students get their field of interest in the respective media firms. The infrastructure is good when it comes to classrooms, washrooms, labs, equipment and the library. But MBICEM has two buildings of not more than 1000 yards adjacent to each other situated in Madangir Village, Push V

Quantum Global Campus proved wrong all reports of a sluggish market and recorded excellent placements for its students. With over 75% of its students placed in over 50 blue chip companies having visited campus and with packages touching a high of Rs. 10 lakhs under its belt, there is a festive mood at Quantum. The faculty members of our college are very well experienced, helpful and cooperative in every way, they not only give theoretical knowledge as well as they give emphasis on the overall development of the students, they are so helpful whenever a student needs them they are always available.
As per my experience, Quantum is a nice

I am doubtful if you will have placement opportunities from anywhere after completing Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC) because only exceptional cases get through media jobs after completing their BJMC course from a college in India. Personally, I am an alumnus of Technia Institute of Advanced Studies (IP University)- Batch 2010-13, and the only placement company that I remember coming in is Naukri.Com - which I am apologetic to mention is not a media company. But many students did take the opportunity anyway - since not everybody wants to go into media after course completion.
What I suggest is that one should start

NRAI School of Mass Communication, Delhi will have a big platform of placement cell which would assist students in getting appropriate placements. The students are given a lot of placements according to their merit and ability. Their placement team also make sure so that every student get their desired job. If one takes a look at their website, the student will know how many students are placed in good ranking jobs. As many media companies visit their campus the amount of getting placement is higher. Placements related to TV channels, media management, news anchor, radio, public relations, video production, advertising, and much more a
