BJMC and BMM are same Bachelor degrees with different names. These are mass communication programs of 3 years. In Delhi, you can apply for DU colleges and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Apart from that, there are private universities like Amity, Sharda and LPU. In order to pursue graduation in Bachelor of journalism and mass communication, you need to have cleared your 10+2 from a recognised board of education with an aggregate of 50% marks. You will have to appear for an entrance test which is a general aptitude test. The entrance test has 4 major sections namely quantitative aptitude test, analytical aptitude test, English language test and general knowledge.

Since BJMC is an undergraduate course, you should have cleared 10+2 examination from a recognised board. Your aggregate percentage needs to be at least 75 percent for general category. The merit based admission system in DU has changed and now you have to appear for a common entrance test in order to apply for Journalism and Mass Communication. The entrance exam generally takes place in the month of May-June.

Now journalism is being considered as one of the fields of mass communication. Some colleges provide it as BMC and some as BJMC, there's no difference.
In journalism, you need to communicate with mass with all your gathered news, case study, analyzation. So it's a unit of mass communication.
Mass communication is not only with creativity, we need to study a lot with the concept we want to present. Like one of the examples is Filmmaking which needs creativity plus knowledge, information and deep analyzation.
