Good to know, that you are going to pursue your career in Mass communication. The only procedure to apply for the above mentioned course will be, going to the college website and filling up the admission forms. Some of the good colleges in Delhi are:

Greetings,
Last year cutoff was 91.6% for B.A(Hons) Journalism in Delhi College of Arts for the general category. The latest cut-offs and last year cut-offs can be found on the DU website. Do have a look at it.

IPU, Delhi conducted its individual entrance exam for admission in BJMC course. If you have given the entrance and have scored well (cleared the cut-off of colleges), you can definitely take admission there.
