Yes you can do so. As there are many good college for B.Ed both private and government you can go to LPU or Amity if considering private and DU and Indraprastha for the government. You may also have a research by yourself before entering.

M.Sc (Clinical Biochemistry) - 2 years
M.Sc (Clinical Microbiology) - 2 years
You can go for any of the above mentioned courses as per your interest as both are very good courses. It will be best if you go for the Master's degree as it will help you acquire knowledge and practical exposure in the field.
