From BMSCE Bangalore, SVUCE Tirupati, and GNDU Amritsar for B.Tech in CSE department, I'll prefer you to opt for the BMSCE Bangalore as this is the best college all in terms of placements, infra and faculty.

Yes, it accepts 10% of its total seats from JEE paper 2. And, also if there are some seats left after all the admission process, they will increase the number of seats under JEE also, and you can easily get admission in this college at this score.

Placements: The placements are really good for computer science department of BMS College of Engineering. Almost, 90% student get a job. Big companies like Amazon, Big Basket, Seimens, HP, Dell, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, etc., come for recruitment. The placement cell of this college is really helpful.
Infrastructure: The environment of the college is full of greenery. The labs are well-equipped. There's in campus high-speed Wi-Fi. The library has a good collection of books. BMS has a digital library too letting us use research papers for free with subscriptions.
