Yes, you can get a seat but you should be able to compromise with the branch.

For direct admission in BMS, the only way is to get admission in management seat.

If you have given any entrance exam and scored well, then 94% in class 12 is good enough to get a seat in BMS. Based upon 12th class marks I don't think there is an admission procedure other than management.

College life is student friendly.
Yes, there is an anti-ragging committee.
Admission can be through CET, COMEDK or management.

CSE have very good companies for recruitment, there are lot of companies
You can visit the college website, placements column, where you can see everything.

Placements are good.
Change of branch is possible, but can't really guarantee .
