BMS School of Architecture offers admission to PhD programme based on VRAT conducted by VTU. Selected candidates are further called for a personal interview round for final admission. Aspirants must hold a master's degree or any other equivalent qualification from any recognised university to apply for PhD course at BMS School of Architecture.

BMS School of Architecture offers three courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels. The school offers BArch at UG and M.Arch at the PG level. Admission to all the offered courses is entrance-based. BMS School of Architecture has a total of 40 seats in the M.Arch programme. The school offers seats in M.Arch course based on Karnataka PGCET or GATE score. Diploma Candidates are also eligible to apply through CET and Management.
