Candidates need to pass a minimum of Class 12 to apply for UG courses i.e. BArch at BMS School of Architecture. The minimum aggregate required for BArch is 50%. Hence, aspirants with 60% in Class 12 are eligible to apply for admission provided they also fulfil the selection requirements.

Candidates need to fill out the application form available on BMS Educational Trust colleges. Aspirants need to directly apply with valid scores in Class 10 and Class 12, Class 10 or Diploma and NATA for Management Quota seats available in BArch programme. Students can also reach out to the admission office of BMS for the Management Quota application form.

Yes, COMEDK scores are considered for admission to BArch programme at BMS School of Architecture. In 2024, the COMEDK cutoff for BArch was 570 declining from 473 in 2023. Besides, aspirants can also apply for BArch course with a valid score in CET and NATA.

Candidates need to submit Class 10 and Class 12 scores or Clas 10 and Diploma along with NATA scores for admission in BArch programme under Management Quota. The Management Quota seats for M.Arch are filled based on performance of the aspirants in portfolio and personal interview round.

Yes, admission to BMS School o Architecture is through CET conducted by Karnataka Governement or COMEDK and NATA for BArch programme. For M.Arch, the selection is based on GATE or Karnataka PGCET scores. The first preference is given to aspirants with a valid GATE score. Besides, aspirants need to pass VRAT conducted VTU for PhD admission.

BMS School of Architecture shortlists candidates based on their NATA score along with CET or COMEDK scores for BArch. Admission to M.Arch is based on PGECET or GATE scores. Besides, aspirants need to pass VRAT for PhD admission. Selected candidates are further called for a PI round. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat after the counselling process is over.

The process of admission in B.Arch in BMS School of Architecture comprises the marks that the candidates have scored in the entrance examination such as NATA and JEE Main Paper 2. Both, Impact School of Architecture and BMS School of Architecture promise their students good placement but could be slightly different in their placements. For 2024, the cutoffs are expected to be announced around October, as part of the counseling and seat allotment process managed by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). You can check the official website of KEA or BMS School of Architecture for the exact dates.There is no such expected date but this month  cutoff will released soon.
