As per the ICAR AIEEA PG 2020 prospectus, there is no course available for B.Sc. Botany. Hence you can not apply.

Hi Hari. Candidates who have completed Graduation with any of the stream are eligible to join MBA course but the thing is that they should score minimum of 50% of marks in Graduation. Coming to you, You have done your Graduation in Botany which is a life Science stream. You can join MBA course. MBA degree is useful after an undergraduate in any field! No you can not do M.Sc. Agri. After B.Sc. Botany. The basic eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Agriculture is B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons. ). (4 years) or equivalent,. .
