Cost of attending the University of Colorado Boulder can vary depending on the main factors, such as course level of study (UG and PG). However, International students considering this university could be a little higher than compared to US citizens. The UG programme Academic tuition fee for international students is around  (INR 33.3 L) per annum, depending on the course. It’s  (INR 15.8 L - 42.8 L) for PG programs.

The University of Colorado Boulder sets rigorous English Proficiency requirements to ensure academic excellence and effective communication to ensure academic excellence for both UG and PG courses. UG applicants must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5, a TOEFL iBT score of 92 or higher, with a writing sub score of 19 or more. Students can also submit a Duolingo English Test score of 100 or above. These requirements are also applicable to engineering courses. The University of Colorado Boulder has many factors considered in evaluating students' applications for admission to CU Boulder. Although academic performance in high school (high school GPA of 3.0 and above and the quality of coursework) .
