To obtain a visa to study at Bowling Green State University, Indian students will need to obtain Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status) issued by the university. They will also need a passport, one photograph, transcripts of the institutes attended, evidence of English proficiency, like test scores of TOEFL or IELTS, and bank statements showing enough funds to pay for tuition fees and living costs in the U.S. All the documents should be original and in the English language or along with the official English translation.

Yes, BGSU offers scholarships to international students. BG Success Scholarships and Freshman Academic Scholarships are applicable to international students.For undergraduate students, merit-based scholarships ranging from USD 1,000 up to USD 8,000 per academic year is offered. These scholarships are offered based on the cumulative GPA and TOEFL / IELTS and SAT / ACTBG Success Scholarship is available to all international freshman students. This shows in the US universities ranking, the university’s position has declined slightly.
