The basic requirement for admitting candidates to BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) course in TNMC (Topiwala National Medical College) is to write the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (CET). In this case, there is no need to produce NEET scores for BPT admission as CET has become the fundamental test for undergraduate health science programs in Maharashtra. The minimum required score depends on the year of the candidate application and available seats in the program. But competitive score is between 120 to 160 marks for the candidates belong to reserved categories I.e. SC/ST and a little more for students of other categories.

BPT is ideal if you are passionate about patient rehabilitation, physical therapy, and helping individuals recover mobility and function. It involves direct patient interaction and therapeutic exercises. On the other hand, BSc Radiology focuses on diagnostic imaging, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, with less patient interaction but critical involvement in diagnosing medical conditions. If you enjoy technology and precision-driven work, radiology is a better fit. Both offer rewarding careers in healthcare, but your personal interest and skills should guide the decision.
