Hi Sumana Sree,
Admission procedure to take admission in B.P.T. from Osmania University is as below.
Admission based on Competitive Entrance Examination in Andhra Pradesh (OUCET). Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam with Chemistry Physics and Biology as subjects or an equivalent exam.
The official website is www.osmania.ac.in. Kindly look for admission notifications. But you have to appear for OUCET. The entrance has happened earlier for BPT course. This time the cutoff for the same course is high.

Yes, you can join internship in PGIMER after getting the clearance from MMU. After accepting all your marksheets and certificates, they will accept or reject your plea for the internship. Hope this helps. Thanks.

BPT is much better than DPT. Bachelorette degree is much better than just a Diploma. Diploma in PT is like technician or helper to a BPT or MPT holder. You won't have the adequate knowledge. Just a Diploma will have the basic knowledge of treating the patient like a nurse does. But once you get the Degree, you are a professional in that field and can be called as Doc or Physio. Thanks.

PGIMER is having better reputation and exposure to patients. Also, PGIMER is more popular than GNDU. Also, the place matters a little, Chandigarh being the major city with more patients than the GNDU. Moreover, there is no issue in GNDU. GNDU is also a best institute. But, when comes to comparison with PGIMER, I'll go with PGIMER.

Hello, Clearing NEET will open you to the gates of MBBS whereas BPT doesn't require any entrance. Both fields in itself are meant to serve humanity. If you are compassionate enough then even any of this medical field will lead you to the good future. So, try to analyze yourself whether you can really bear the pressure of NEET preparation again in the positive way without any complaints! Rest is your choice!
All the best and choose wisely!
