You should give TS EAMCET exam which can be taken by a student after class 12th with biology and zoology. If you have a good rank, then you will obviously get into OU with your desired branch.

I am assuming you are asking for AIIMS. As per the eligibility criteria, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as mandatory subjects at 10+2 level.
Candidates belonging to general and OBC categories should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of the aforesaid subjects and those belonging to SC, ST and OPH categories should have obtained at least 50%.

If you wish to work with the hospitals or health organizations or start your own individual practice, it will be necessary for you to have a good hand at the practice. So you can either choose to be an intern at a hospital or a physiotherapy center first or else go for higher studies like MPT or Ph.D. in the same discipline. It completely depends on your own preference but these days chances are that you can easily get hired at organizations if you have Masters or Ph.D. Hope that helps!

It all depends on the field you are interested in because you can't handover your career decision to someone else hands.
