If you are interested in studying physiotherapy abroad, you have different study options to choose from. You can either take up a combined Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Physiotherapy- a dual program that you complete in four years, or go for a Bachelor of Science degree in an area of specialisation within physiotherapy such as Sports Rehabilitation. If you already have a Bachelor's degree, you can further enhance your skills with a Masters degree in physiotherapy practice. To be eligible for a Master of Physiotherapy course, a Bachelor's degree in health sciences or a related field is required.

You should consult with admission authority of your college whether you will be permitted to transfer to another college midway through your course. Mostly, lateral transfers are permitted for students who have a good academic record. Also, check whether your college has a tie-up with the other institute. Make sure you block a seat in the target institute and then give up your seat in the current college. Good Luck!!

You should consult with admission authorities for the counselling dates, and whether you can apply for counselling in the second round of the particular college. Normally admissions goes on well into the 3rd and 4th round of counselling, so there is not much reason to worry or get stressed over it, but my advice to you would be not to risk your admission and go for counselling as soon as possible.
