I must inform you that NEET is not really mandatory for BPT you can get into a college by your +2 marks. But yes you can apply to the colleges you want I think most of the colleges have their own entrance examination for this course, Which is easy. All the best.

There are 20 seats with following seat allocation, 10 seats for General Category, 03 seats for SC Category, 02 /01 seats for alternate years for ST Category and 05 seats for OBC (non-creamy layer) category.
