The Brainware University BCA fee is INR 3.7 lakh - INR 4.7 lakh as per an unofficial source. The fees might include components other than tuition fees. Candidates after getting shortlisted based on BET score, need to come for document verification. After final selection, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat. Additionally, candidates also need to pay a registration fee at the start. Candidates can pay the registration fee via any of the online payment mode. One should also keep the fee slip with them for reference at later stages.

Brainware University has not released BCA placements yet. The 2023 placement session is still in progress. So far, more than 400 students have been placed in over 280 companies that visited the University campus. The Brainware University the highest package stood at INR 36 LPA and the average package offered was INR 3.5 LPA. A pass in Class 12 in any stream with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PwD) is required to apply for the Brainware University BCA course. Reservation policies of the Department of Higher Education, West Bengal will be followed for admission in reserved seats for SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PwD.
