No, direct admission to the BTech course at Brainware University is not available. To be eligible for the course, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 specifically from Science Subjects. Further, appear for BET (Brainware Eligibility Test) to be considered for admission. The BET is an MCQ-based test that shortlists candidates for various undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma courses offered at Brainware University.

Brainware University BTech forms are closed for the academic year 2024 for the BTech specialisations. The application forms can be filled by candidates either in online or offline mode. Brainware University BTech deadline has been passed. It is expected that the university will soon release the admission dates for the 2025 batch.

For admission to BTech courses at Brainware University, candidates are required to qualify first for the basic eligibility criteria and then apply for the entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for the BTech exam is candidates must qualify Class 12 examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate or equivalent (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PwD) and at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PwD). Brainware University BSc application form 2025 dates have not been announced yet. Brainware University application forms will tentatively be released in the month near the Class 12 results. Admission for the BSc 2024 batch has been concluded. Candidates must fill out the upcoming application form before the last date.

Yes, Brainware University does accept entrance examination scores for admission to BSc courses. The university accepts the scores of BET (Brainware Eligibility Test) for admission to the BCom course. Brainware University follows a seat reservation policy for BSc courses and other courses. The university provides reservations for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PwD according to the policies of the Department of Higher Education, West Bengal. Additionally, a 5% mark relaxation will be applied for all reserved category candidates (except programmes under the School of Law).
