According to the BSEB 12th Exam Pattern, the BSEB class 12 exams will include 50% multiple-choice questions worth one mark each. Subjects with both theory and practicals will have just 35 multiple-choice questions in the theory paper. The Bihar Board Matric exam lasts three hours and fifteen minutes.

No candidates are allowed to carry smartwatches to the BSEB 10th exam centre. Bihar Board prescribes instructions related to BSEB class 10 exams on admit cards. Students need to read all the instructions carefully and adhere to them during exams. As per the 2023 exam pattern, no students are allowed to carry Calculator, mobile phone, Bluetooth, whitener, earphones, and other similar items to the exam centre. Students can only carry their exam admit card and a ball pen to the exam hall. Strong actions will be taken against the students who are caught with prohibited items in the exam hall.

Bihar Board class 10 exams are held in offline mode. The students need to write the exam in pen and paper mode. To write the BSEB matric exam, all the examinees are given two types of answer sheets. The first type of answer copy is an OMR sheet which is for multiple-choice questions. On the other hand, the students are also given blank answer sheets to write non-MCQs. The students are suggested to follow all the instructions related to the exam.

The board is yet to announce the BSEB Matric exam pattern for the 2023-24 session. However, based on last year’s exam pattern, two types of questions are asked in Bihar Board 10th exams. These two types of questions are multiple choice questions (MCQ) and Non-MCQs such as short answer type questions and long answer type questions. Total 50 marks are distributed for objective-type questions. On the other hand, theoretical-type questions have a total of 50 marks. To pass the BSEB 10th exams, students need to secure a minimum of 30% in all individual subjects.

The Bihar School Examination Board is yet to announce the class 10 exam pattern. According to the last year’s exam pattern, a total of two types of questions are asked in the exam which are MCQs and Non MCQs. A total of 100 MCQs are asked in the exam, of which, the students need to attempt 100 questions. On the other hand, a total of 38 non-MCQs are asked in the BSEB class 10 exams. Out of which, the students need to attempt 19 questions.

As of now, the board has not released the BSEB 10th Exam Pattern 2025. However, the board is not expected to make any major change in the Bihar Board Matric exam pattern. In case any changes are made for the academic session 2024-25, we will update the same here as well. In 2023, the board made some changes to the BSEB class 10 exam pattern. As per the exam pattern released in 2023, every subject will now have 50% objective-type questions or MCQ while 50% will have subjective-type questions.

Yes, most of the time, the board also releases the exam pattern along with the BSEB 10 class time table. For the 2024 exams as well, the board will release the exam pattern along with the time table. The board mentions the minimum marks required to clear the exam. Students must note that the exam pattern and details are mentioned in the time table. The preparation strategy should be made while keeping the exam pattern and time table in mind. The board will soon announce the exam pattern and time table for BSEB class 10 exams 2024. The BSEB matric exams are conducted in two shifts. As per the exam timing released in the BSEB 10th time table for 2024 exams, the first shift exams were held between 9.30 am and 12.45 pm. In the second shift, the board conducted Bihar Board class 10 exams in the afternoon from 1:45 pm to 5 pm. The students were allowed to report at the exam centres 30 minutes prior to the exam starting time. The students were allowed to leave the exam centre only after completing the exam time.
