The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech at MVJ College of Engineering vary based on the specialization. For general B.Tech programs, candidates must have passed their secondary and higher secondary exams with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Science and English as one of the languages of study. Additionally, candidates need to have a valid score in KCET/JEE-Main for admission. For Aeronautical Engineering, candidates must have passed the qualifying exam (PUC, 12th standard) from a recognised board and obtained an Equivalence Certificate if not from specified boards, along with a valid score in KCET/JEE-Main. The college also offers lateral entry for B.E programs where candidates must have passed a Diploma or equivalent. The basic criteria to pursue BTech at  Centurion University Bhubaneswar is that the student need to have passed his 12th with minimum 50 percent. Along with this, student also need to qualify in the entrance exam. There are several entrance exams which are accepted by the intitute for B.Tech like CUEE/JEE. CUEE (Centurion University entrance exam) is conducted by the institute itself, so students can easily get admission by apperaring  and qualifying in any one of the entrance exams. A cutoff will be releaed according to the seats intake and application in different departments of B.Tech. So students need to prepare accordingly.

Entry Exam: The candidate must have passed the institute's Saveetha Engineering Entrance Exam (SEEE) with a valid score. There is no maximum age limit. For admission to the B.Tech program at D Y Patil College of Engineering and Technology applicants must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or a Technical Vocational subject. The minimum percentage required is 50% for Open category candidates and 45% for Backward classes and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) from Maharashtra state, Valid scores in MHT-CET or JEE Main are accepted for entrance.
