btech Eligibility

Candidates seeking for admission to a four-year BTech (CSE) course at SRM University Chennai must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria before applying for the course. Following are the minimum educational requirements for a candidate to be eligible to apply for BTech at SRM University Chennai:Aspirant should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 60% aggregate and studies Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject and at least one of these subjects - Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Information Technology/Informatics Practices/Engineering Graphics/Botany and (or) Zoology.Aspirants should have attained the age of 16 years and 6 months on the 31st July of the calendar year in which the Class 12 board examination is to be held.

Candidates who are willing to take admission in courses offered at Mohan Babu University need to meet the eligibility criteria set for the courses. Mohan Babu University selection criteria include shortlisting students taking into account the information provided in the application form submitted, and verifying the documents submitted along with it.ln the case of BTech admission, candidates need to obtain a valid score in EAMCET/JEE Main/JEE Advanced/other state-level entrance examinations. If any candidates have not appeared in any of the entrance exams mentioned above, they need to appear and qualify for the MBU Common Entrance Examination (MBUCET UG-Engineering). In the case of M.Tech admission, candidates can either secure a valid score in PGCET/GATE or apply, appear and qualify for the MBUCET PG-Engineering. Next, a merit list will be generated. Candidates who are shortlisted will receive the final admission letter upon paying the Mohan Babu University admission fee. Candidates who have appeared in the EAMCET or PGCET need to select Mohan Babu University as the preferred institute at the time of counselling

Candidates wishing to apply for BTech course at Amity Mumbai must complete a minimum of Class 12. Below is detailed eligibility for Amity Mumbai BTech course:A pass in Class 12 with PCM with at least 60% aggregate is required to apply for BTech course.A pass in Class 12 with PCM/ PCB with at least 60% aggregate is required to apply for BTech in Biotechnology. Candidates must pass Class 10 & Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate and PCM with at least 55% aggregate to apply for BTech CSE International.Candidates passing Class 12 with at least 80% aggregate are eligible for direct admission to BTech course.A pass in Class 12 with PCM/ PCB with at least 60% aggregate is required to apply for BTech + M.Tech (Dual) Biotechnology.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at Amity University Ranchi include the following:Candidates must score at least 55% marks in their 10+2 examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects for B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, and Electronics and Communication.For B.Tech in Biotechnology, candidates must have 55% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.The admissions are usually merit-based, and eligible candidates need to appear for the Amity Joint Entrance Examination (AmityJEE) and a written test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for essay writing and a personal interview based on their exam scores.The total tuition fees for the B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering program is INR 10.00 Lakh.
