btech Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the BTech programme offered by Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET) include the following: Candidates must pass the higher secondary examination (10+2) recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu, or any equivalent examination. They should achieve a minimum of 45% marks overall (40% for reserved category candidates) in aggregate in subjects such as Mathematics and Physics. Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination with a maximum of two attempts for general three attempts for the candidates belonging to the SC/ ST communities and two attempts for candidates belonging to the OBC/ BCM/ MBC/ and BTC communities. The upper age limit is 21 years on 1st July of the academic year (Relaxation up to three years for candidates belonging to OBC/ BCM/ MBC/ EBC and BT communities and five years for candidates belonging to SC/ ST communities.For the BTech course (Lateral entry)The minimum qualification for admission is a pass in the three-year Diploma or four year sandwich Diploma course in Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category).

The selection criteria for the course B.E. / B.Tech at Rajarambapu Institute of Technology (RIT) shall be based on the performance of the candidate in either Maharashtra Common Entrance Test known as MHT CET, or JEE Main score. For candidates from Maharashtra state, the MHT CET score is primarily considered and out-of-state candidates can make an application through JEE Main scores. The candidate must have completed his/her 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with minimum marks of 50% for open categories and 45% for reserved categories. Following selection in the entrance examination, candidates then go through a Centralized Admission Process for seat allotment and final selection.

The selection criteria for the B.E./B.Tech course at the Anjuman College of Engineering and Technology (ACET) are that students must be 10+2 or equivalent with physics, chemistry, and mathematics as central subjects. The admissions are majorly granted on the basis of entrance scores, such as MHT CET or JEE Mains, then through a Maharashtra Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Then, based on the selection, aspirants have to attend counselling and submit their documents before verification. Direct admissions will also be done for management quota seats. The criteria for admission to the B.E. / B.Tech programs in Saroj Institute of Technology and Management (SITM) are determined by marks secured in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) or other equivalent entrance exams. Additionally, it is ensured that the applicants have an educational qualification in 10+2 in a stipulated percentage in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Besides, the institute provides merit-based direct admission for students who haven't appeared in entrance exams if there are seats available.
