To be eligible for NIST Berhampur BTech admission, applicants must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45%. The minimum marks required in Class 12 in the case of candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories is 40%. Additionally, candidates must have studies Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in Class 12.
