As per the course requirements, candidates applying for admission to BTech course at Vijaybhoomi School of Science and Technology must pass Class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate from a recognised board. Further, applicants from SC/ ST categories can obtain minimum of 40% aggregate scores in the same.

The eligibility criteria for the Distance / Correspondence BTech course may differ from college to college. However, the basic eligibility criteria for Distance / Correspondence BTech in Bangalore are as follows. The candidates:Must have passed Class 12 with a minimum 60% aggregate from a recognised board with Mathematics as  Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects (the pass percentage may vary in different colleges).A candidate who has completed a Diploma from a recognised board/ university/ institute can also apply.

Aspirants who have completed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for Pratap University BTech programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

In order to apply to the BTech course at NIET College, candidates need to meet the last educational qualification. Students should complete Class 12 with 45%-40% aggregate. Aspirants who do not complete Class 12 are not eligible for BTech course admission in this college. Apart from this, the selection criteria for the BTech course is JEE Main followed by UPTAC counselling.

Candidates need to pass Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for Gautam Buddha University BTech programme. Candidates need to complete three years/ two years Diploma exam with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) to apply for BTech (LE). Aspirants with BSc degree or DVoc can also apply.

For admission to BTech at Shikshapeeth College of Management and Technology, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. The next step of the selection criteria is to qualify for an entrance exam. The selection criteria for this course is entrance/merit-based, which needs to be qualified with a valid score. This entrance exam is specifically conducted by SCMT for admission of candidates to its BTech course.

For BTech eligibility at MLSU, candidates must have passed Class 12 in PCM with at least 45% aggregate. Admission is given on the basis of JEE main entrance exam score followed by REAP counselling. The Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) conducts Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process for admission to BTech courses in various participating institutes of Rajasthan. REAP 2024 dates will be announced in June.
