At Indira College of Engineering and Management (ICEM), B.Tech placements are typically good, especially for those pursuing computer science, information technology, and electronics. With the help of industry partners ICEM's placement cell organizes campus recruitment campaigns, trains students in soft skills and conducts mock interviews. ICEM graduates are regularly hired by firms like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini and Wipro, which offer positions in project management, software development and IT services. The general placement rate is high with competitive packages particularly in IT-related areas, even though placement success can vary b

No, Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management appears to accept a valid JEE Main score or rank for direct admission to their B.Tech course into the first year, based on the information above. However, two alternatives can be considered here.Lateral Entry: In the case of an engineering diploma, a candidate is directly eligible to join the second year of B.Tech. This does not generally involve taking the JEE Main either.

Each year Indira College of Engineering and Management's (ICEM) most recent cutoff for B.Tech admissions changes according to the applicant pool particularly for engineering specialties and entrance exam results. Admissions are usually determined on JEE Main or MHT CET results with more competitive cutoffs for well-known fields like electronics, Computer Science and information technology. Although this varies per branch and category (e.g., SC/ST/OBC) general category cutoffs for MHT CET may fall between the 70 and 80 percentile.

The Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management does not use cutoff marks for the admission process in B.Tech. Pursuing B.Tech at S.A. Engineering College generally offers a balanced experience. The curriculum is described as rigorous, covering core engineering concepts in-depth while also emphasizing practical skills through lab work and projects. Students find the coursework manageable if they maintain a consistent study schedule. Faculty are generally supportive, often simplifying complex topics and providing notes for better comprehension. However, some students report that placements can be inconsistent across departments, with core branches often having better opportunities compared to niche fields.
