In order to apply for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at BFIT Dehradun, the candidate must fulfill the admission criteria where the candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics Mathematics and anyone of Chemistry or Biology and secured minimum 50%marks for general candidate and 45% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidate. It is allotted on the basis of the percentage obtained in JEE Main or can directly get merit-ty admission if there is availability. After the criteria is met one has to complete the counseling process and provide for the documents required.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has made some changes in the JEE Main 2025 exam. These changes are done to provide more accessibility and fairness. The exam structure has also been enhanced. NTA will be conducting the exam in two sessions - January and April. Students an definitely benefit from it to get admission in IIT Delhi BTech courses. As the students who are not satisfied with their Jan session exam score can reappear for the Apr session exam.
