The major recruiters for B.Tech graduates at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University are TCS, HCL Technologies, Axis Bank, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Yes Bank, Oppo, and Vivo Mobile. Other companies also visit the campus frequently for placement purposes. But the placement rate stands around 40-50%. The highest package recorded is around 20 LPA, and the median salary is about 2.5 LPA. So, it depicts opportunities and challenges for graduates while placing.

The college does not have good records for BTech in Marine Engineering placements. Based on the reviews provided, only 50-60% of the students get placed year. New entrant's pay structure tends to be average being between INR 4,00,000 to INR 6,00,000 for graduates per annum depending on the position and company.

To join B.Tech programme at Praveenya Institute of Marine Engineering, the candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as mandatory subjects obtaining 45 % marks in aggregate from any stream. SEAT is offered after writing the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET which is a common entrance examination for engineering courses in Andhra Pradesh. Also, candidates should make sure that they can meet other requirements that the institute might have put forward when admitting persons to whatever level of study that they are offering.

Admission to B.Tech at Praveenya Institute of Marine Engineering is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed class 12th in a relevant stream from a reputed board with 50% marks in aggregate.

Some of the students of Shri Siddhi Vinayak Group of Institutions have regarded placements for B.Tech in Civil Engineering to be “third class”, yet, the overall placements of the institute are comparatively good. The maximum salary package offered is INR 10 Lacs per annum and the average salary package is INR 5.40 Lacs per annum. I need to become a top recruitment agency of an organization such as TCS, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Infosys or Accenture. The highest package goes up to 15lacs and about 75% of the students get placed, with companies like vivo, mahindra, and accenture offering campus placements to the students.

The B.Tech. of Shri Siddhi Vinayak Group of Institutions has the following eligibility criteria: The candidates should have passed their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST candidates). Performance in JEE Main and UPSEE is taken into account. Additional requirements include: they should have secured minimum 50% marks in Mathematics and Physics separately, additionally qualified in JEE Main and JEE Advanced for general category candidates should have rank between 150001-200000 and SC/ST candidates 200001-250000. For admission to B.Tech in Marine Engineering at Praveenya Institute of Marine Engineering, the candidates have to pass their 10 + 2 examination in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 45% pass marks in aggregate. There are limited numbers of seats in all the courses offered in this University and hence admissions are strictly through the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank which is the common entrance exam for the admission of students in to engineering courses in Andhra Pradesh. The students must be very careful to observe all the requirements and apply accordingly.

Praveenya Institute of Marine Engineering is an institute of Sri Lanka that offers a B.Tech in Marine Engineering and the institute has a ship aboard and a swimming pool.
