Hey, your answer is there according to me your grade are not bad according to me it's good take addmission in B.Tech in both streams but as you say your maths is  weak if you can Focus on you maths or revises you maths syllabus of 12 and then you take admission in B.Tech and join regular class maintain your notes and learning the maths of you stream from starting then it's to you but if you maths is weak, Then don't pursue B.Tech because you need to strong you maths.

To be eligible for a B.Tech at the University of Delhi, you need to have a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in your 12th grade. The minimum aggregate required varies by category: UR and EWS: 60%OBC-NCL: 55%SC, ST, and PwBD: 50%You must also have passed English as a subject in 12th grade.
