To fill the BUMAT 2024 application form candidates must refer the steps mentioned below:Visit the official website- bvuniversity.edu.inCandidate will be redirected to the online application registration windowSign up by filling in the username, email ID and password and other detailsCheckmark on the Candidate Declaration, Parent Declaration and enter the ‘Submit’ buttonOnce submitted, the candidate will receive a login ID and password Login through the login ID and password received to fill the application formEnter personal details and make payment of application fee using Credit/Debit card or through Internet Banking facilityNote: Registration will be considered valid only if they receive a ‘Success’ message after the payment of the application fee. Keep computer-generated confirmation page of online application and the payment receipt.

Candidates appearing for BUMAT 2025 counelling must ensure to follow the below prescribed guidelines:Report at the given centre by 10 AM. Failure to report for counselling on the given date and time will result in cancellation of a claim of the candidate to the seatInclusion of the name in the merit list does not imply that the candidates will get the admission to the course/institute. The admission will be dependable on the number of seatsNo individual counselling letters will be sentAdmission will be offered based on the seats offered in the institute and course as per the combined merit list prepared. Carry all the required BUMAT 2025 counselling documentsAfter scrutiny of their certificates, the candidates are offered admission according to their rank and availability of seats

The selected candidates will be required to pay the entire amount of tuition fees & other fees during the admission process through online mode through the fees portal of Bharatividyapeeth or by a Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank or Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd. payable at respective city of the institute drawn in the name of concerned Director:"Director IMED" payable at Pune"Director BVIMR New Delhi" payable at New Delhi"Director BVDU Institute of Management Kolhapur" payable at Kolhapur"Director BV Undergraduate Courses" payable at Sangli"BVDU YMIM Karad" payable at Karad"Director Abhijit Kadam Institute of Management and Social Sciences" payable at Solhapur"BVDU Department of Management Studies (Off Campus) Navi Mumbai" payable at Navi MumbaiIn case the candidate fails to remit the entire amount of fees, he/she is likely to lose his/her claim for admission.If a candidate fails to confirm admission given to him/her, the same shall stand cancelled and the resultant vacancy will be offered to the next eligible candidate from the list. However, if candidate is unable to report in person, he /she can depute a representative with an authority letter signed by the candidate along with the requisite documents.

BVDU releases the BUMAT counselling dates on the official website. Candidates must report at the centre on the given date and time for the BUMAT counselling. Failure to report for BUMAT 2025 counselling process on the scheduled date and time will result in the instantaneous cancellation of a claim of the candidate to the seat. The candidate must note that appearance for the examination and inclusion of name in the merit list does not necessarily mean that he/she will get admission to the institute and course. The admission will depend upon the availability of seats to the particular programme and institute at the time of his counselling. It shall be candidates responsibility to see the result BUMAT 2025 and confirm their merit number. The candidate should remain present for counselling as per the schedule.

BUMAT 2024 counselling will be conducted from July 01 to July 04, 2024. The candidate will be offered admission on the basis of his/her rank in the final merit list, score obtained in BUMAT exam and availability of the seats for a particular programme at a particular Institute of the candidate's choice at the time of BUMAT counselling and admission in the desired programme and Institute. Mere appearance in the computer center based entrance test and inclusion of name in BUMAT merit list does not confer any automatic rights to secure admission to the programme offered by the institute. The selection and admission to the programme is subject to fulfilling the BUMAT eligibility criteria. Candidates failing to meet the prescribed BUMAT eligbility criteria will be disqualied.  

BUMAT 2025 counselling dates has been announced. BUMAT 2025 results will be declared on June 20, 2025. Candidates must ensure to carry the required documents on the day of the counselling.
