I have few points, on that basis you can decide which college is better for CSE -
Computer labs-
CS labs are not in good working condition in all government Colleges. Yet, JSS should have good computer labs. Teaching staff-
Faculty plays an important role in our life, but this is the bad luck that teaching staff is not so much interested in teaching, you have to dependent on self-studies and guest staff. Instead, JSS would have much better teaching staff compared to government Colleges. Placement-
In KNIT, TCS visit regularly, and sometimes other companies also come. This year Snapdeal had come and some other companies would also come time

It's difficult to say about that. But if I were at your place I will go for BIET Jhansi because REC Banda is not good college. REC is preparing himself to get better from last year.

No, as your rank is not so good. You should try few waiver seats of good private colleges or you can go for other government institutions like Purvanchal, Rajkiya colleges, etc.

As many of the seats already get acquired in first round, but there is a chance that you could get a better option which is above in your choice filling form.
