Purse a Diploma course in import & exports. Look for employment with an export / import house to get an understanding of the business tricks and sharpen your skills in various areas like sales, marketing, accounts, documentation, quality, government norms & then take the plunge into setting up of your own business.

For SCM specialization, it depends on how much hard work you do to get placed yourself in a very renowned company. You do get opportunities for many companies but again it depends on your area of interest. I will advise you to apply for colleges which have SCM as a flagship course. You have not provided any concrete information like your grades, etc., and also the colleges don't have rankings as such. In case you would like to continue earning & learn along with it then go for an executive/part time MBA.
If money is not a concern then a better option would be to go for a full-time MBA & take advantage of your work experience at the time of the campus placement.

Masters is better than PGDM and budget reduces respectively, so plan according to your need, keep an eye on GMAT (may/may not) its based on the requirement of the university you are applying, but good GMAT score definitely adds your
