Firstly, this portal will not entertain any PR related queries. For scope and job prospects you have to check the Skilled Occupation List or SOL. Your desired program do not match with your education and work profile which will be a concern for the universities and also both the programs are entirely different. Also every program has different admission requirements. The best thing for you to do at this phase is to check the program outcomes and program curriculum of these programs on university websites, see what interests you and matches your career plans closely. Remember you must also explain the universities why you are

Hi,
You can compare the colleges you have shortlisted or yet to be shortlisted. If its IIM, ISB, XLRI and the top ranking ones you may consider an MBA in itself. However, if you get into a top ranking university in Canada you should consider the second option for better prospects globally. Remember ISB and IIM are listed in the world rankings and globally reputed.

Hi,
You should be looking for a PG Diploma and not secondary diploma if that is the plan. You already have a Bachelor's so look for higher ups. Project Management is a good field and required in almost every sector. Decide basis your career plans. Check the SOL of Canada for specific job prospects.
