There are striking differences between the two programs. The answer will depend on which course you prefer and your career plans. Typically MBA is for people with work experience, the MBA class is full of managers, senior managers, VPs, etc. MS Management is designed for fresh graduates. You can figure it out now.

Navigate to a college of your choice and download their brochure which should give you insight into the procedure followed by these universities for selection of candidates for MS courses abroad.

In Germany, you can check Jacob University in Bremen, Otto Beisheim University in Germany and University of Applied Sciences Warzburg - Schweinfurt. I am not sure about options in Poland but you can check reputed universities in The Netherlands such as NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences and Arnhem Business School. Institute of Technology Carlow in Ireland is also not bad.
