IIMs do not provide PGDM courses by distance learning. However few IIMs offers certificate programs in management and specialisations by distance learning. But these courses are not equivalent to PGDM.

Ndim offers pgdm in various specialisation and yes they offer dual specialisation you can choose according to your choice from the available one's. Placement in operation management is good.Average package is around Rs 4.5-5 lacs and highest is around Rs11 lacs
