A BBA degree may offer an individual an entree level job in any good organisation though an expertise diploma/experience coupled with it can broaden the prospectives. Like BBA + Graphic designing is preferred in an advertising/digital marketing agency, BBA + CA is a good combination too. BBA + experience of managing events can earn a good job and the list goes on.

According to my suggestion, you would get growth, income and profile in event management. Hotel management program require few years to reach up to manager level and that you can get, when you have MBA degree with you.
Otherwise in event management with a BBA degree, you can reach at good level and get huge income, but that require strong people management techniques, communication skills, IQ level and marketing strategy.

You have 3 options in front of you. 2 out of those 3 are related to business. Even if you want to go for an MBA course, you have to wait for one year. So, you can decide on basis of these parameters.
1. If you want to go for a job and have no interest in your business or any business for that matter, so you can start looking for job. As you did your graduation in BBA, you can get better opportunities with MBA degree in the same field.
2. If you are interested in doing business at some point of time in your life, you can hone your Business Administrative skills with MBA in an area of your choice. A good peer group in MBA can help you

I would suggest you to opt for BBA, if you are interested in commerce/ management studies. After completing BBA, you can prepare for various entrance exam like XAT, CAT and CMAT to get admission for a PGDM/ MBA course.
