Hi Fabio Periera,
Apparently, you have to decide this yourself by figuring out your own career interests and your definition of a bright future. No course comes with a guarantee of a bright future. Both the programmes you have mentioned are different ones, you have to know your priorities here. Check the career outcomes, programme structure and match with your own interest. Decide accordingly.

HI Piyush, you will get opportunities in the Public Relations sector such as Marketing, Advertising, Sales etc. Two or three years work permit is granted after graduation, you will get time to look for a job and work during this time. If you do good in your work you can extend your permit and apply for PR later.

International business is an interesting and evergreen field, and you'd find it useful everywhere. Unfortunately, not many Indian institutes have IB as their core specialization, but almost every college will at least have a subject in some of their course. But IB from Symbiosis or SP Jain is a good course.
