Krupanidhi GOI does accept the scores of the entrance exam for admission to various courses but for BBA only merit is allowed. No, you can't take direct admission in NMIMS as it requires an entrance exam CET along with an interview.After getting decent marks according to the cut-off and performing well in an interview you can definitely secure your seat in NMIMS.Then you can go for BBA and many other management-related courses.
