If you have interest in travel and tourism, then there are choices like BBA in travel and tourism and B.Sc in travel and tourism. If you have good management skills, then choose BBA in travel and tourism. BBA in Tour and Travel Management is a three year course. Eligibility for the course is a 10+2, preferably with Commerce subjects, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. To be honest, nobody else but you can answer this question best. If you are interested in your family business, then go for it. Or, if you believe you have better chances with CAT (MBA), then choose MBA.
You also have an option of gaining experience from that business first and then pursuing CAT.

Although it varies from college to college, but It doesn't matter much if you have a good amount of work experience. You should be eligible to apply for MBA programs. Maximum B-Schools keep a minimum of 50% in graduation as the eligibility criteria.
