Business school Eligibility

The selection of candidates for the PhD course at VIT Business School is based on their scores in VITREE/ CSIR NET/ UGC NET along with the Research Proposal and Personal Interview. For international candidates, GRE/ TOEFL scores are considered.

Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale from a recognised university is the basic eligibility for PhD in Management offered at VIT Business School. Candidates with CA/ ICWA or equivalent qualification can also apply.

Indus Business School (IIEBM) offers a two-year full-time Post-Graduate Program in Management (PGDM) that is accredited by AICTE and the Ministry of Human Resources Development. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline recognised by AICTE/UGC, obtained through the 10+2+3 / 10+2+4 system, with a minimum of 50% marks.

Unfortunately, no information on the cut-off percentage for admission to IIEBM's PGDM programme can be found.

To be eligible for the MBA programme at CMS Business School, Jain (Deemed-to-be University), you must:  Have a bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks.Successfully clear entrance exams like MAT, CAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT, or JET.Appear for and clear the Jain Entrance Test (JET) process, which includes a written test, group discussion, and personal interview.Students belonging to the SC / ST community are eligible to apply with 45% marks in graduation.

Poddar Business School offers a full-time 2-year PGDM course. The PGDM course is offered in 8 specialisations, namely HR, Marketing, Finance, Operation, Entrepreneurship and Startup, HealthCare Management, Business Analytics, and Hospitality and Events Management. Candidates need to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any recognised university.

Admission to the PGDM programme at Poddar Business School is based on various entrance exams. Candidates need to take one of the CAT, GMAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA or PCAT entrance exams to get selected for a personal interview. The personal interview will assess the interpersonal skills and profile of the candidate.
