B. Des in Graphic is a suitable option after 10+2. It is a 4 year degree course, affiliated with the University of Rajasthan. Fee is Rs. 4,35,000 per annum for AY 2022.

Mathematics is not compulsory for getting admission for B.Com.
Candidates, who want to apply in B.Com, BBA, and B.Courses must have at least 50% aggregate in higher secondary examinations. Applicants for B.Sc must have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks with mathematics, physics, and chemistry in higher secondary examinations or equivalent.
Passed a higher secondary examination in Commerce with at least 50% aggregate marks.

I asked one of there students and she said that they aren't accepting any company offering package less then 8LPA.

Yes, you will get admission to Hansraj College without mathematics but there are some courses in which mathematics is mandatory like B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Electronics, B.Sc. Mathematics, B.Sc. Physics. So you can not take admission in these courses.
