No, there are no subjective-type questions in the BVP BMAT exam. The BMAT question paper only has 200 multiple-choice questions. The total duration of the exam is 180 minutes or one hour. Each question of the BMAT exam has four options and one option among them is correct. There is no negative marking in the BMAT exam, hence, the students have the option of attempting all the questions. However, they must not waste time on one particular question which they are unsure about. Each question carries one mark.

No, the BMAT exam does not have negative markings. Each question in the BMAT exam carries one mark and if the answer is incorrect students will not be penalised for that particular question. If the candidate marks more than one answer for a particular question, the answer will be considered incorrect. To avoid maximum marks deduction, students must attempt the easier question first and then move on to the more difficult ones in that particular section. If the student is unsure about a particular question, they can also skip the question. No marks will be deducted or awarded for unanswered questions.

There is no sectional limit for the BMAT exam. The overall duration of the BMAT exam is three hours or 180 minutes. Candidates have to adhere to the time limit of the exam as extra time will not be given to the candidates and the system will reset after the time is over. There is a total of 200 questions in the BMAT exam, hence, the students are adviced not spend over 2-3 minutes on one question.
