Why not, you have the potential to become a CA. Don't lose hope. Nowadays, study material provided by the Institute of Chartered Accountant is very good. You need not to spend thousands of money for tuition or coaching.

Yes, you can do it. But maths will be tested in your CA foundation exam for 60 marks (MCQ).
After foundation core maths is nowhere required in CA exams.

First of all, you should apply for CPT. It's an entrance exam for those who want to become a CA. As you are from the science background, I suggest you to join some coaching classes for this exam and then give the exam.

Age is not a barrier for CA exam. However, you need to block 4-5 year for this course. Plan your future accordingly.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue a course in CA from the criteria mentioned below:
A Candidate who has passed the 10th examination conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India (or an examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto) can register for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of the CA programme. But they can write the examination only after passing the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or waiting for the 10+2 exam results. Eligibility for the CA Foundation Course:A student who has appeared in the Class 12 examination conducted by an examining body constituted by the Law in India can register for the Foundation Course. There are 3 stages in CA Course.
1. CPT (Common Proficiency Test): You can register to this stage after clearing Class 10 exam. You can get an application form from any branch office of ICAI, which is mostly there in every city of India. You can also get the all forms of ICAI from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
2. After clearing CPT, one has to register for IPCC stage. Application forms are available on http://icai.org, the official site of ICAI.
3. After completing both groups of CA- IPCC stage, one can register for Final Stage of CA course.
4. After clearing IPCC, one has to get through Articleship with any CA. Here also
