yes you are elgible.the only diffrence not having maths in 12 th is you will have to give more effort for statistics protion of CPT(Ca entrance).
But you are surely eligible.

Hi Guru,
All students aspiring to become Chartered Accountants must register for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Chartered Accountancy can be pursued after Class 10+2 or graduation.
On passing Class 10 examination students may register for Common Proficiency Test ,which is held in Common Proficiency Test examinations are held in June & December every year.
A student who has passed Common Proficiency Test (CPT) and Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination may join the Professional Competence Course (PCC).

Hi,
Since you are a graduate, you can avail exemptions from the first stage of CA program, i.e. CPT (Common Proficiency Test).
Commerce graduates with 50% marks, non-commerce graduates with subjects other than Mathematics with an aggregate of 55% marks and non-commerce graduates with Maths with an aggregate of 60% marks are exempted from the Common Proficiency Test (CPT) and are permitted to register for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC).

Hi Niraj,
No, it is not necessary to do graduation. You just need to clear both groups of IPCC and complete 2.5 years of articleship training before appearing in CA final exams. However students generally go for graduation along with CA because of the following reasons :
- it acts as a protection when students are not sure about clearing their CA exams.
- it also adds a degree to their C.V
