Yes, of course you can appear for group 1 of the final exam as well as group 2 simultaneously for CA finals, provided you had completed your article ship, which is mandated after IPCC. There are no restrictions, as such for attempt or appearing for finals, and also no requirements of time as such.

There are various reputed B-schools you can get into without appearing for the CAT exam. Those are:-
1. JBIMS, NMIMS, TISS, SIMSREE, SP Jain-Mumbai
2. XLRI-Jamshedpur

I am assuming that the candidate has cleared both the groups of IPCC and if so, then I want to let you know something.
If you start class from the very first day after clearance of IPCC then you should take a properly written programme for your all classes and ensure that at a time you are doing only one subject's class. People have different opinions so don't be confused.
Now, second is that most of us do not allow to take classes from 1st year from our office forces, therefore, it is advised to start classes in the second year even though you have cleared both groups, so in such a phase you should develop a strategy in such a manner th
